Medicating The Canine Ear

Many breeds of dogs are susceptible to ear infections. the following picture will assist you in properly caring for your pets ears.

Steps for cleaning and medicating the ears:

1. Apply cleaner liberally into the vertical ear canal then cover with cotton balls.
   
   
2. Place fingers on vertical and horizontal canal and massage thoroughly.
   
   
3. Let dog shake wax and excess medication out. Wipe ears out with cotton balls.
   
   
4. Apply ointment or drops into vertical ear canal.
   
   
5. Massage base of ear vigorously again.
   
   
6. Use cleaner as directed.
   
   
7. Use medication, ointment, or drops as directed.
