Boarding Reservation Request

All pets must be current on their vaccinations: DHPP, FDRC & Leukemia must have been given within one year, Bordetella within six months and Rabies current according to the Rabies certificate. Only vaccinations given by a veterinarian will be accepted. If your pet recevied vaccinations from another veterinarian, obtain a vaccination certificate from them and bring it with you at check in. Save time and fill out the Boarding Release Form early then bring it with you when you drop off your pet. If you are a new client, you should also fill out the New Client Form .

Requests for boarding reservations will not honored unless you have received a confirmation phone call or email.
