Dr. Calvin Richards grew up on a dairy farm in Farmington, Utah. After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree at Utah State University, he graduated from the Oregon State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Richards has been at Fairfield Veterinary Hospital since 1987.
He and his wife Cheryl live in Kaysville and have five children, four grandchildren, and a Sheltie named Lucy. Dr. Richards enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, backpacking, fishing, and reading historical and other nonfiction works.
